During the consultation we will reviews your health history, lifestyle, and hair loss pattern to determine which Nutrafol formula is right for you (Women, Men, Women's Balance for peri/postmenopause, or Postpartum).
Baseline Assessment
Photos and a hair density assessment may be taken to establish a baseline and track progress over time.
Starting Your Protocol
You begin taking 4 capsules daily with a meal. Consistency is key — Nutrafol works gradually as nutrients build up in the system.
Progress Check-In
A follow-up is scheduled at 3 months to assess early changes in shedding, texture, and growth rate. Adjustments to your wellness plan may be recommended.
Long-Term Results
