RF Microneedling
FINE LINES & WRINKLES
OVERVIEW
Radiofrequency (RF) Microneedling is a powerful skin rejuvenation treatment that combines the precision of microneedling with the deep tissue remodeling of radiofrequency energy. Tiny insulated needles create controlled micro-injuries in the skin while simultaneously delivering RF energy into the dermis. This dual-action approach triggers robust collagen and elastin production, tightening the skin and improving a wide range of concerns — from fine lines and laxity to acne scars and enlarged pores.
KEY BENEFITS
Improves fine lines, wrinkles, and overall skin laxity
Significantly reduces acne scars and textural irregularities
Minimizes enlarged pores and refines skin surface
Suitable for all skin types and tones
Minimal downtime compared to ablative alternatives
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Clients with fine lines, acne scars, uneven texture, enlarged pores, or mild skin laxity. Safe for all skin types, including darker skin tones, making it an excellent alternative to ablative laser treatments for many patients.
THE PROCESS
How it works…
Consultation
We assess your skin and design a treatment plan, including number of sessions and the appropriate depth and energy settings.
Preparation
Topical numbing cream is applied 30–45 minutes before treatment to ensure comfort.
Treatment
The RF microneedling device is gently pressed against the skin in sections. Most patients feel mild pressure and warmth. Sessions typically take 30–60 minutes.
Post-treatment
Redness and mild swelling are common for 24–48 hours. Skin may feel dry or tight as it heals. Avoid active skincare ingredients for 48 hours.
Results
A series of 3 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart is recommended. Results improve progressively over 3–6 months as collagen continues to build.
